We are a boutique consulting firm which combines traditional advisory with a hands-on and management-oriented approach. We empower our corporate clients with insightful and counter-intuitive advice, to make them standout in the competition arena of South-East Asia.

We at ADVISINGASIA are specialized in the internationalization of SMEs (small-medium sized enterprises). 

Our work mostly focuses on these areas:

  • international business strategy (sales development, market entry strategy, marketing plans, business plans, feasibility studies, legal risk management, legal advice, corporate establishment)

  • management in South East Asia – we create manufacturing companies or subsidiaries of overseas firms and we manage them from scratch

  • temporary export management for Asian firms

Our consultants have gained a broad and sound experience by working in Sales & Marketing departments of MNCs (multinational corporations) and in legal services, with a particular expertise acquired in Asia.

OUR HISTORY 

​

Asia Enterprise Co., Ltd. was founded in 2014 by Carlo Gardella, aiming to become an operative holding for diversified businesses run in Thailand and in the neighboring ASEAN countries. 

The first step of our entrepreneurial project was set.

​

Asia Enterprise Co., Ltd. started helping foreigner investments to flow to Thailand. The previous relevant experience of Mr Gardella in Asia-Pacific with several multinational companies made a significant impact in our first advisory activities.  

​

The creation of the brand ADVISINGASIA points out a second step of our entrepreneurial project and the will to build our future by advising in Asia.

​

Our brand stresses two key concepts: what we do and where we do it. 

​

In two words, we identify our advisory expertise, our focus on inbound and outbound investments in Asia, our aim to connect two different worlds and cultures.
