Based in Bangkok, he advises companies on legal strategy and business development, including sales and marketing.

Prior to joining ADVISINGASIA, he has worked with a first-tier business law firm in Italy. He helped the firm’s corporate clients as regards corporate law strategy, corporate structure, company directors’ liability, dispute resolutions, and arbitration. 

​

Pietro is a founding faculty member at the School of Integrated Innovation, Chulalongkorn University, the oldest and most prestigious University in Thailand. He teaches Entrepreneurship and Management and is committed to create an innovation ecosystem in Thailand, through partnerships with leading domestic and international industries. 

​

 Throughout his ADVISINGASIA career he has helped companies define their strategies in Asia and transform their performance. He has addressed challenges in the retail and automotive sectors as well as dispute resolution and digital marketing. He helps clients manage legal risk, address distribution and marketing challenges, and balance costs and efficiency.

He has worked with clients to:

• supervise and implement digital marketing strategy of a Thai tech start-up

• analyse Cambodian market and define the entry strategy of a fast-moving consumer goods MNC

• create and develop the distribution network of a Taiwanese manufacturer

• negotiate a new corporate governance for a foreign investor in Thailand

• help a European automotive firm solve its supply chain problems in Asia

Pietro holds a Doctoral degree with honours in Corporate Law from Turin University, in Italy, and an MBA with merit in International Management from ESCP Europe, in France.

He is fluent in Italian and English.
